1. Data controller
The data controller is Flowgridar S.A.S., CUIT 30-71892340-5, with legal address at Av. Corrientes 3247, 7th floor, Office B, Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, Argentina. You can contact the Data Protection Officer by writing to privacy@flowgridar.com.
2. Data we collect
We only collect the data required to provide our services: (i) professional contact information (name, corporate email, company, role); (ii) technical data derived from browsing (anonymized IP address, device identifiers, pages visited, referral origin); (iii) data voluntarily provided in contact forms or demo requests; (iv) metadata of the integrations you decide to enable (table schemas, field names, without access to sensitive commercial content unless explicitly authorized).
3. Purpose and legal basis
We use your data to: (a) respond to commercial and support inquiries; (b) deliver contracted services; (c) send communications strictly related to the commercial cycle when there is legitimate interest or prior consent; (d) comply with legal and regulatory obligations in Argentina. The legal basis is the execution of the contract, express consent granted and the duly balanced legitimate interest of the Company.
4. Retention periods
Commercial data is retained throughout the contractual relationship and up to 5 years after its termination for accounting and tax purposes, unless a longer legal obligation applies. Browsing data is retained for a maximum of 26 months in aggregated form.
5. International transfers
Some of our technology providers (for example, hosting, transactional email and observability) are located outside Argentina, primarily in the European Union and the United States. In all cases, we require standard contractual clauses or equivalent instruments that guarantee an adequate level of protection under Argentine regulations.
6. Your rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, update and deletion (ARCO) over your personal data at any time by sending a request to privacy@flowgridar.com. The Access to Public Information Agency (AAIP) is the enforcement authority in Argentina and may receive complaints if you believe any of your rights have been violated.
7. Information security
We apply technical and organizational measures aligned with the ISO/IEC 27001 framework: TLS 1.3 encryption in transit, AES-256 encryption at rest, role-based access control, mandatory two-factor authentication for staff, access auditing and quarterly vulnerability reviews.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this Policy to reflect legal or service changes. Substantial modifications will be communicated via prominent notice within the platform or by email with at least 15 days' advance notice.
