1. Company identification
Flowgridar S.A.S., CUIT 30-71892340-5, registered with the General Inspectorate of Justice under N.º 8547, Book 92, Volume A of S.A.S., with legal address at Av. Corrientes 3247, 7th floor, Office B, C1193AAF, Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, Argentina.
2. Purpose
Flowgridar offers consulting, integration and licensing services of a B2B SaaS Business Intelligence and CRM platform. Specific scopes, deliverables, prices and service levels are agreed via purchase order or framework contract signed between the parties.
3. Proper use of the site
The site is offered for informational and commercial purposes only. It is forbidden to: (a) attempt unauthorized access to accounts or infrastructure; (b) perform reverse engineering on the site components; (c) use the content for commercial purposes without express authorization; (d) submit false information through the forms.
4. Intellectual property
All content —including texts, trademarks, logos, interfaces, graphics and code— is the property of Flowgridar S.A.S. or its licensors. All rights are reserved. Any unauthorized use will be prosecuted in accordance with Law N.º 11.723 of the Argentine Republic.
5. Limitation of liability
The information published on the site is provided "as is", without implied warranties. Flowgridar shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of profits or loss of data arising from the use of the site; contracted services are governed by their own contracts and service levels.
6. Modifications
Flowgridar may modify these Terms at any time. The version in force will always be the one published on the site with its last update date. Continued use of the site after a modification implies acceptance of the new Terms.
7. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any dispute shall be submitted to the Ordinary Courts of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, with the parties waiving any other forum or jurisdiction.
